project:
Danielson Therapy Group
When Tricia Danielson, LMFT (also known as my mom, hey 👋), decided to change her practice, she came to me with a clear vision: a website that was trauma-informed, technique-forward, and didn’t feel like a clinical snooze-fest. She and her associates wanted something professional but still warm, cozy, and human — like a deep exhale in website form.
So, I got to work crafting a brand and site that said,
“we know our stuff, and also we’re real people who’ll actually get you.”
From the soft, earthy color palette to the cozy chair logo (designed by yours truly), every element was built to reflect comfort, compassion, and clarity. I translated all that clinical jargon into something the rest of us can actually understand, and made sure the vibe felt just as welcoming as their therapy office.
Along the way, I also designed business cards and rack cards for the team. I mocked up two versions (because options are love languages), and — bless them!!!! — they chose my favorite one. The result? A suite of materials that feel just as supportive and thoughtful as the care they provide.
